The front door opens onto a fitted kitchen which is open to the cosy lounge/dining area. Set up for cosy relaxation, the living area has a two-seater sofa and two comfy reclining armchairs. A feature to note is the side window which offers a picture-perfect countryside view.
Ideal for a couple or three, it has a double bedroom and single bedroom which share a shower room.
Outside is a superb, enclosed wrap-around new patio area which is a great asset being quite high up on-site, the views are beautiful! The patio faces southwest so it gets the sun all day long.

When you stay here, you can leave your car behind as there is so much available within easy reach. A convenient 10 minute walk away is Galmpton village where you will find the local pub, village store and post office, family butcher and hairdresser.
It is well situated for beaches too with three close by – Broadsands beach (1.4 miles) as well as dog-friendly Goodrington Sands (2.5 miles) and Elberry Cove (1 mile).
Agatha Christie’s former home, the captivating Greenway House & Gardens (now National Trust), is just a mile down the road and a must-see during your stay.
The park also offers superb views of the River Dart, across to Dartmoor in the distance. You can take a walk down to the Creek in 10 minutes, passing a gorgeous view of the Dart on the way.
The area has plenty of appeal for dog owners or keen walkers. There are fantastic walks from the doorstep, but don’t expect a level walk, this is Devon! Our favourite takes you down Mill Lane to the shore of the river with stunning views along the way. Just a stroll away is a dog-friendly village pub, The Manor Inn.
