Fantastic location and within easy distance of other places to visit. Didn’t need to use the car as went exploring by bus. Loved the harbour and evening walks were a delight

Fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the centre of Brixham. Co-Op around the corner for essentials and loads of restaurants nearby. The apartment was equipped with everything that you would need, including complimentary milk in the fridge, and we took advantage of the board games too. Would totally recommend Katie’s accommodation

Excellent location! Brixham is beautiful so many lovely restaurants. Definitely recommend getting the week parking as we got to visit lots of surrounding beaches. Walks around the area are stunning. The air bnb is really well equipped and true to the pictures. Would really recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). Very centrally located to Brixham harbour and only short walk to nearest beach. The apartment itself had everything we needed. Katie also went out of her way to accommodate us with fans and an airer which I really appreciated (we went in the hottest week!) This was our first holiday as a family of 4 and it couldn't have been better.

Well -equipped and comfortable apartment in a great location for the harbour and local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Convenient for some scenic coastal walks in either direction, starting from the apartment. Lots of information on the locality provided in a folder. Good communication by Katie and smooth check in arrangements.

Katie’s place is wonderful! The location is amazing! Katie is so easy to deal with and she is extremely responsive. The check in was simple.

Brixham is a beautiful place with so much to enjoy! I highly recommend going there!

We stayed here whilst at the Brixham Pirate festival and it was prime location for the event. Such a fantastic, beautifully designed apartment with all the local shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches just a few minuets walk away. We would usually take the car out to explore the area however adventure, discovery and drop dead gorgeous walks are accessible on foot in every direction from this flat. Breakwater beach was our regular swimming spot and they sell the best doughnuts I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this apartment for a lovely little get away - you can tell the owners have put a lot of time and effort into the apartment and we can't wait to return.

We stayed as a family of 4 over a long weekend and found the flat nicely presented and very well-equipped for our needs. It is centrally located and we found parking nearby in the town was easy.
Katie was a great host - she was quick to respond to queries and provided a travel cot and booster seat for our 1 year old.

A fantastic location, so close to the harbour in Brixham. The flat has absolutely everything you could need and is a really lovely space to relax in. Communication leading up to our stay was brilliant and we found everything to be exactly as advertised.

Beautiful flat, perfect location. Brixham is lovely. Parking is 30 seconds walk away. lots to do in the area. Very good communication, with suggestions of things to do in the area. Couldn't recommend staying more!!!! Thank you, Katie.
