THE SPACE

‘Sunrise’ is a 2020 model caravan located at Landscove Holiday Park which is nestled on the cliff tops next to Berry Head National Park.

The property is well-appointed and beautifully maintained, offering a bright lounge area with a sofabed, and two further armchairs. The sliding doors open out onto a 10ft decking area with comfy seating, perfect for watching the early morning sunrise!

The modern fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped and boasts a washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, plus gas oven with grill and hob, microwave and toaster.

There is a good size double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe offering fantastic storage and hanging space. The twin room has two 2’6″ beds, bedside table and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is unusually spacious for the property type, with the added bonus of a bathtub for those who like a relaxing soak after a long day!

Landscove Park is a quiet park with limited facilities, the real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.

Please note that Landscove is a quiet park and does not provide traditional holiday park entertainment. There are refurbished facilities on site including an undercover swimming pool, activities room, shop, ‘The Cove’ Bar & Kitchen, which also hosts occasional live music from local bands.
Passes are required to use the above facilities, and can be purchased from reception. Costs are as follows:
Up to 4 nights – Adult: £5 Child (U18): £3.00
5-7 nights – Adult: £10.00 Child (U18): £5
Price inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels
No smoking or vaping

Guarding the southern edge of Devon’s English Riviera, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, has a real ‘wow factor.’ Perched high up on 200 feet (60 metre) cliffs with its iconic lighthouse, this beautiful headland is surrounded by water on 3 sides and has some of Devon’s most breathtaking views.

The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is within easy reach. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Several beaches and secluded coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido.

Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.

				Wow, what an incredible stay! First and foremost, I have to give huge praise to the host—she was always incredibly responsive and beyond helpful with any questions or requests we had. From the very start, she went above and beyond to make our family weekend trip absolutely perfect. I honestly can’t thank her enough for her kindness, understanding, and dedication to making sure every detail was just right.



The home itself was spotless and had such a warm, homely feel that we instantly felt comfortable. Our kids didn’t want to leave! The area was peaceful, the neighbours were lovely, and it was just a genuinely relaxing environment. Just a minute’s walk from the house, you get to enjoy stunning views and some lovely walking spots. There are also plenty of places nearby for kids to enjoy, especially if they love a beach setting.



But again, I have to circle back to the host—she truly set the gold standard for what hospitality should be. She was an incredible host!! Thank u once again 😊

				We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless and loved that it even had a few games and puzzles, books etc. Really nice touch with a welcome box of goodies which our kids got stuck into straight away. The location was just perfect for us, really peaceful but great to have use of the pool and park too. This really felt like a home from home holiday and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Katie was an excellent host, very approachable and gave us plenty of helpful information. Thank you so much 😊

				Nice views, walks,  lovely setting . very over priced for what it was,considering the other caravan lodges of same spec where around 150 and they were charging 335 per night Urine in the toilet on arrival and toothpaste all over vanity unit. Nice place over all but would expect alot more for the money charged...

				Wonderful stay! Lovely 🐶 friendly caravan, with everything we could want, on a quiet, perfectly positioned site. Sea view from the veranda. Beautiful walks, moments from the door, along the costal path in both directions, with absolutely stunning views. 30 minute stroll into Brixham town centre with a harbour, beach, shops and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and really hope to return. Thank you! 🥰

				Beautiful caravan with everything you need. :)  We had a lovely week despite the weather.

My only disappointment was the size of the indoor swimming pool - not really made for swimming.
