The bathroom is unusually spacious for the property type, with the added bonus of a bathtub for those who like a relaxing soak after a long day!
Landscove Park is a quiet park with limited facilities, the real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.
Guarding the southern edge of Devon’s English Riviera, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, has a real ‘wow factor.’ Perched high up on 200 feet (60 metre) cliffs with its iconic lighthouse, this beautiful headland is surrounded by water on 3 sides and has some of Devon’s most breathtaking views.
The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is within easy reach. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.
