THE SPACE

C31 is a lovely caravan located at Landscove Holiday Park at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location makes it the perfect base for a family holiday in South Devon. Landscove Park is a quiet holiday park, with seasonal facilities, including a covered swimming pool, ‘The Cove’ Bar & Kitchen, activities room, shop and outdoor children’s play area.

The bright open-plan living space is kitted out with everything you need. There is a large corner sofa, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The property benefits from double glazing and gas-fired central heating keeping it warm and snug year-round.

There are 2 bedrooms, a double with an ensuite WC, and a twin room with two 2’6″ beds, sharing a shower room.

Please note that Landscove is a quiet park and does not provide traditional holiday park entertainment. There are some facilities on site including an undercover swimming pool, activities room, shop, ‘The Cove’ Bar & Kitchen, which also hosts occasional live music from local bands.
Passes are required to use the above facilities, and can be purchased from reception. Costs are as follows:
Up to 4 nights – Peak: Adult: £12.50 Child (U18): £10.00 | Off Peak: Adult: £7.50 Child: £5.00
5-7 nights – Peak: Adult: £20.00 Child (U18): £17.50 | Off Peak: Adult: £12.50 Child: £7.50

LOCATION

Guarding the southern edge of Devon’s English Riviera, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, has a real ‘wow factor.’ Perched high up on 200 feet (60 metre) cliffs with its iconic lighthouse, this beautiful headland is surrounded by water on 3 sides and has some of Devon’s most breathtaking views.

The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is within easy reach. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Several beaches and coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido.
