THE SPACE

C31 is a lovely caravan located at Landscove Holiday Park at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location makes it the perfect base for a family holiday in South Devon. Landscove Park is a quiet holiday park, with seasonal facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a shop, children’s play area, and a small amusement arcade.

The bright open-plan living space is kitted out with everything you need. There is a large corner sofa, dining table and well-equipped kitchen. The property benefits from double glazing and gas-fired central heating keeping it warm and snug year-round.

There are 2 bedrooms, a double with an ensuite WC, and a twin room with two 2’6″ beds, sharing a shower room.

There are limited facilities at Landscove, which are primarily open at the weekends in peak season. In peak season, entertainment/swimming passes are an additional cost and can be purchased from reception. Passes are free out of season as facilities are minimal.

Guarding the southern edge of Devon’s English Riviera, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, has a real ‘wow factor.’ Perched high up on 200 feet (60 metre) cliffs with its iconic lighthouse, this beautiful headland is surrounded by water on 3 sides and has some of Devon’s most breathtaking views.

The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is within easy reach. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Several beaches and coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido.

Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.
