At the heart of the property is a large open-plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need for cooking up a storm after a day out in the Bay. Down the hall are two double bedrooms, a shower room and a handy utility room that houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Climb the stairs to the large master bedroom which boasts a balcony overlooking the garden. There is a further single bedroom and a fantastic family bathroom with corner bath and a large walk-in shower.
Outside, through the bi-fold patio doors, you will find an attractive private garden with patio and lawned area. This enclosed space is a pretty haven, offering good privacy – perfect for enjoying outside dining or morning coffee. Kamonha is located in front of a branch line, trains pass slowly and infrequently and the triple glazing effectively minimises the noise. Many guests enjoy the passing trains but it is worth noting when booking this property.
Located on Torbay Road, just a stone’s throw from Torquay seafront, Kamonha is ideally located for enjoying the beaches and towns of Torbay.
