THE SPACE

Glenmay is a fabulous, extended holiday home, offering spacious accommodation in a wonderful location.

On the ground floor you will find a stunning, open-plan kitchen-diner complete with sofa and 55″ smart TV. Sliding doors take you out to the spacious patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ for dining alfresco! The raised lawn has play equipment for the children and has plenty of space for your little ones to enjoy.

There is a separate, good size lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and large 55 inch TV, for you to relax and enjoy after a long day at the beach. The bifold doors open up onto the patio to extend the living space and bring the outdoors in.

There is a desk and good wifi for those who need to check in with work during their stay.

Upstairs you will find two generous king-size bedrooms with TVs, one of which has a large ensuite shower room and a Juliette balcony overlooking the rear garden. There is a twin bedroom with two full-size single beds and a further single bedroom. The bedrooms are a good size and have plenty of space for travel cots if needed.

There is a stylish family bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower.

In summary, this beautiful bungalow has everything you need for a fun-filled family holiday and offers a fabulous retreat for those looking to enjoy Torbay and the surrounding area.

The garden at Glenmay does have a drop from the lawn to the patio so young children should be supervised in the garden at all times.
Please note some of the furnishings may differ very slightly to those shown in the photos but they will be of an equal or better standard.

LOCATION

Ideally located in the heart of Torbay, yet away from the hustle and bustle, Glenmay has an abundance of beautiful scenery and amenities right on the doorstep. Broadsands beach is just a short walk away, this family-friendly beach is perfect on a warm summers day, with gentle slopes into the sea, it is the perfect spot for paddling and playing on the sand. There are also many watersport activities available on the beach, such as paddleboarding and kayaking.

Torbay is noted for its stunning coastline with fantastic footpaths for walking throughout the year. Glenmay is located within very easy reach of the South West Coast Path and a stroll along the many paths to take in the beautiful views is a must during your stay.
