Katie was a fantastic host and the cottage was lovely very quaint and homely and immaculately clean.
Parking right outside could be a little difficult at times but that is un avoidable with most tourist areas, but there was plenty of other parking.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cottage stay.

Spent a week in “Little Greenway” with my other half, and what a lovely location.
It’s right in the middle of some beautiful walks and some stunning locations. Just a short drive to some great attractions and some pieces of history.
The place itself was spotless and clean and was very modern. Felt way bigger than it shows in the photos to.
Beautiful place, great host, would happily book Little Greenway again.

We had a wonderful week here, the surrounding scenery is absolutely beautiful. There was everything we needed in the property, which was well maintained and had some great eclectic furnishings. Katie was really responsive when we had a query and got things sorted right away. There is so much to do without having to leave the property - my husband and son even enjoyed the pool even though it was only 9 degrees outside! We enjoyed the games room, mini golf and pétanque. The views from the hot tub were just fabulous. We were so lucky with the weather and this meant we saw lots of planes flying the Mach loop which was the highlight! The best place to see them going over is up in the field just through the gate behind the cottage. We did some lovely walks - the precipice walk was fab and had a couple of nice meals at the very friendly cross foxes pub up the road. Thank you so much, we would definitely stay again and will be recommending to our friends.

Perfect for a couple, the unit has been beautifully modernised with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything worked very well, though the need to have coins for the electricity meter was an unexpected, extra concern. There are some outstanding walks directly from the site and parking at the property makes access to the areas many attractions very easy. We were delighted with the accommodation, which more than deserves five stars.

Stayed here for over a week with my dog. It was lovely and relaxing. The welcome basket full of goodies was a delightful surprise. The Nook has everything you need and it is an easy drive to Dartmoor which we enjoyed going for long walks. Communication was easy from beginning to end and Katie communicated very quickly and made sure we were comfortable. I would stay here again!

We had five fantastic nights and superb days walking in the great countryside and on the beaches. Back for a relaxing hot tub before a drink in the local inn.

Everything was just perfect for our wind down start to the year.

We met Deb who appears to be the host..very communicative, helpful and thoughtful. We loved the cream tea and fizz which was left as a welcome for us.

We will definitely visit again and highly recommend.
