Perfect for those who prefer to leave the car behind, this apartment is a stroll away from the bustling harbour and all the amenities it has to offer.

Ideal for a couple or a family group, there is a twin and double bedroom (king size) sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen has everything you will need for snacks or meals together. The bright lounge-diner has been styled with an oriental twist for dramatic effect. Open double doors to the Juliet balcony for a wonderful view over the rooftops of colourful Brixham.

Newly refurbished to a high standard, this apartment is well-equipped for entertainment, including a Smart TV and DVD player with over 400 films for all ages.

YOU SHOULD KNOW

We offer weekly car parking permits at the discounted rate of £25, these allow parking at most council car parks throughout Torbay so can work out to be a really cost-effective way of travelling around the bay. There is a short-stay car park right next to the property which is convenient for stays of up to 3 hours and dropping off. The long-stay car parks are at Oxen Cove and Freshwater, which are approximately a 6-8 minute walk around the harbour. It is a picturesque walk, so may take you a little longer whilst you take in the views and stop for an ice-cream or cold drink on the way!

LOCATION

Brixham is a picturesque fishing town located on the south east coast of Devon. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Several beaches and coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido.

Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.

Historic Dartmouth is within easy reach of Brixham and worth a visit. It is just a short drive south, then a ferry crossing will take you to this beautiful naval town, situated on the banks of the River Dart.

Half an hour’s drive inland is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. It is a paradise for nature lovers and those who enjoy walking and exploring.

				Captains Rest is a gem. We stayed here with our 3 year old for a week in October and it was perfect. About as central as you can get, lovely apartment, one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen in an Air BnB, and lovely restaurants, coffee and shops nearby. We will be back I'm sure.

				As with staying anywhere new, you take a leap into the unknown, with fingers crossed. This is one of the best leaps we've ever taken. the apartment is fabulous, everything you need and more. Great communication with Katie, she was very helpful. The family had such a good time, we are already looking to book for next year and Katie will definitely be our first choice. 



It's been many years since I have been to Brixham and it is nice to see that the harbour has kept it's character, unlike Torquay, which we visited for the day and was less than impressed. 



If you're looking for somewhere to stay, whether it's as a couple or a family, this is the place to book.

				Fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the centre of Brixham. Co-Op around the corner for essentials and loads of restaurants nearby. The apartment was equipped with everything that you would need, including complimentary milk in the fridge, and we took advantage of the board games too. Would totally recommend Katie’s accommodation

				Excellent location! Brixham is beautiful so many lovely restaurants. Definitely recommend getting the week parking as we got to visit lots of surrounding beaches. Walks around the area are stunning. The air bnb is really well equipped and true to the pictures. Would really recommend!

				The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). Very centrally located to Brixham harbour and only short walk to nearest beach.  The apartment itself had everything we needed. Katie also went out of her way to accommodate us with fans and an airer which I really appreciated (we went in the hottest week!) This was our first holiday as a family of 4 and it couldn't have been better.

Convenient for some scenic coastal walks in either  direction, starting from the apartment. Lots of information on the locality provided in a folder. 				We stayed here whilst at the Brixham Pirate festival and it was prime location for the event. Such a fantastic, beautifully designed apartment with all the local shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches just a few minuets walk away. We would usually take the car out to explore the area however adventure, discovery and drop dead gorgeous walks are accessible on foot in every direction from this flat. Breakwater beach was our regular swimming spot and they sell the best doughnuts I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this apartment for a lovely little get away - you can tell the owners have put a lot of time and effort into the apartment and we can't wait to return.

				We stayed as a family of 4 over a long weekend and found the flat nicely presented and very well-equipped for our needs. It is centrally located and we found parking nearby in the town was easy.

Katie was a great host - she was quick to respond to queries and provided a travel cot and booster seat for our 1 year old.
