An open staircase takes you to the upstairs, where you will find a king bedroom to the front of the property and a bunk room to the back, which benefits from an additional trundle bed for an extra guest. From the bunk room you also have access to the back tiered terrace which enjoys the afternoon sunshine.
The family bathroom has an original bathtub with an electric shower over, WC and hand basin.
Outside the front of the cottage, there is a sunny patio with seating and sun loungers, the perfect spot of morning coffee!
Brixham is a picturesque fishing town located on the south east coast of Devon. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.
Historic Dartmouth is within easy reach of Brixham and worth a visit. It is just a short drive south, then a ferry crossing will take you to this beautiful naval town, situated on the banks of the River Dart.
Half an hour’s drive inland is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. It is a paradise for nature lovers and those who enjoy walking and exploring.
