Shore Shack is a spacious townhouse situated near the sea with lovely, luminous interiors and a walled garden. It is the perfect holiday home for those who prefer to be within easy reach of Brixham with its shops, restaurants, harbour, beaches and magnificent coastal path.
With three king-size bedrooms plus a large attic room with two single beds (perfect for kids), Shore Shack can sleep up to eight guests.
On warm summer days, go outside for drinks and meals in the little garden. Inside, a large kitchen/breakfast room and separate dining room provide ample space for gathering together too.
Up to two dogs are welcome at Shore Shack. It’s a wonderful area for dog walks as the house is just a 5-minute drive away from a beautiful coastal path. We recommend you head to Sharkham Point and St Marys Bay, a secluded, dog-friendly beach.
The attic bedroom is better suited to children and teenagers, due to limited headroom where the ceiling slopes under the roof – see photo. It has plenty of space for the guest beds and the two single air beds provided.
There is no allocated parking at Shore Shack. There is some free on-road parking in front of the property which is great for unloading but this is time-restricted during certain hours of the day. There is plenty of on-road parking on the adjacent roads a short walk away.
Brixham is a picturesque fishing town located on the south east coast of Devon. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.
Brixham also has several beaches and coves to explore as well as its very own open-air, seawater lido.
Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch which takes in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Head to both for fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.
Historic Dartmouth is within easy reach of Brixham and worth a visit. It is just a short drive south, then a ferry crossing will take you to this beautiful naval town, situated on the banks of the River Dart.
Half an hour’s drive inland is the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. It is a paradise for nature lovers and those who enjoy walking and exploring.
