Lavender Cottage is a very well-presented holiday bungalow, tucked away in a quiet corner on Landscove Holiday Park, at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location proudly sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it the perfect base for a holiday in beautiful South Devon. The park has an outdoor swimming pool (open between 1 May – 10 September), children’s play area and a shop, plus club entertainment during school holidays.
The property offers a welcoming open-plan living space with bright, coastal interiors. There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with everything you need for preparing meals together after a day out exploring the bay.
There are 2 stylish bedrooms, a double and a small double, sharing a modern shower room with large walk-in shower. The bedrooms have lovely rural views towards Berry Head Nature Reserve.
Outside you will find a picnic bench and patio in a garden with mature lavender bushes and small lawned area.
Guarding the southern edge of Devon’s English Riviera, Berry Head National Nature Reserve, has a real ‘wow factor.’ Perched high up on 200 feet (60 metre) cliffs with its iconic lighthouse, this beautiful headland is surrounded by water on 3 sides and has some of Devon’s most breathtaking views.
The picturesque fishing town of Brixham is within easy reach. A colourful, vibrant harbour is the heart of Brixham life. Lined with small shops, cafés and bars, it offers a fantastic array of fine places to eat, relax and soak up the atmosphere.
Several beaches and coves line the coast and Brixham has its very own open-air, seawater lido.
Brixham is part of Torbay, a beautiful coastal stretch taking in the seaside towns of Torquay and Paignton. Here you’ll find fantastic amenities and inviting sandy beaches.
